I guess some days just passes to quickly. This day is one of those!
Quick update on today’s training
Handstand Techniques
- L-Seat Til Handstand - 3×1 in set, never tried before, balance failed at rd. I’m good for five atleast.
- Handstand to Elbowstand – I can finally do it flawlessly, next step is to eliminate the kick.
- Elbow Walk – Works like a charm, I’ll hit it up with elbow stand and handstand for some sick combos.
- Backroll to Handstand – Straighter than ever, long since I’ve tested it.
- Reverse Lower-Down – Progress, I´m not far away from doing it with a kick up technique.
The Levers
- Front Lever – Doing it alright, can’t hold it though, not yet!
- Back Lever – Thanks to Alkavadlo for great tutorial!
- Human Flag – Still working great, getting longer holds but need to keep em straight!
