Good Feeling

On October 30, 2011, in Handstand Progression, Handstands, Motivation, by Handstand

First of, just let me say this! I haven’t quit handstanding, I haven’t stop training and I’m certainly not going to. As i stated too often before, I’m quite busy these days, sadly.

Good Feeling

However, I got some good news. I’ve been searching for a contributor for this blog, to spice it up whenever I go busy for longer period of times, and I’m happy to announce that I’ve found one. Named OLLE. I’m sure hell pop by to give a proper announcement for himself, otherwise you can read his material at his own website here. I’m glad to have him on the team and look forward to reading whatever his thoughts around the upside down world are. Bring it on Olle!

Going Personal

As for my training I’ve been struggling with my right shoulder for a longer period of time, and at yesterdays outside training session i hurt my left wrist. So at the moment I’m pretty screwed. The one armed attempts worked mighty fine just a few days back, I’m able to hold 1 – 2 seconds on a average. Still not good enough but it’s something. I’m also practicing tiger bends, only need the last hard pushup bit and I’m there.

Well I guess that’s whats up!
Happy Handstand

Thank you for the warm welcome! Only time will tell what and how I will contribute, but I will do my best. :)

Glad to hear that you are still upside down. But sorry to hear about the injuries. I know that I’ve had my share over the years and it’s hampered my handstand work as well.

I make sure that that I focus on my wrist and shoulder health through my warm up prep work and finish up with focused stretching to help for my next session.

Hang in there and get better soon. Looking forward to seeing more great posts and videos.

We all could use a foot in the back when it comes to warm up and rehab/prevent injures. I’m healing slow but steady! I will be back so much stronger! Thanks for tips, I’ll go handstand now. Made my day ;)
