Strength

Strength training and Handstands are two complete different things, but yet so close and the same. They both share the enjoying of training, muscle development and training principles, but strength training is about getting stronger while handstand training is about control. A wise man said once; “Power is nothing without control”.  In this section you can read hints and guidelines on how to get power (strength), the control you’ll get from tutorials section.

I did try at my best to leave my personal training philosophy of the paper for these programs/guidelines. What I’ve written about is tested for many years, and therefor is basic training knowledge that most people agree about.

Let this be stated: What you read in this sections is strictly guidelines, I do not claim to have invented any of the exercises, but I’ve done research trough books (which stated as reference) and as personal experience trough my profession. And let one thing be clear; training in general is as individual as life itself. You can’t just copy a program from this site (or others) at think that it is the perfect one, or that you will reach your goals. There are many things to consider but the most important key of all is knowledge. With knowledge you can craft your own programs designed specific to your body, your way.
