It’s amazing, how technique training can help you recover your body.
Today i focused on the core muscles, giving me a opportunity to get safer training, and in the future, more advanced handstand techniques.
My abs are totally worn out, no wonder.
The bar flip attempts was successful. Though I didn’t land a single one of them properly, it feels great to overcome the mental stress.
And all the bar grabbing was to hard for my skin to tackle. I have two minor flesh wounds on my right hand. And a further note to myself. Do not wash wounds with Disinfectant.
Burns like Napalm on a good Saturday.
